Эссе Волоцковой Резеды Радиковны Старшего преподавателя Пущинский филиал ФГБОУ ВО РОСБИОТЕХ «Посеешь поступок — пожнёшь привычку, посеешь привычку — пожнёшь характер, посеешь характер — пожнёшь судьбу» — эту поговорку прочла Волоцкова Резеда Радиковна более 20 лет назад в дневниках своего прадеда Бакирова Абдуллы Хуснулловича, участника Великой Отечественной Войны. Она содержит знание о том, что всё, что человек делает в своей жизни, имеет значение для неё в целом. Какой-либо поступок, который часто повторяется, формирует привычку. Привычка служит основой для формирования характера, а характер оказывает решающее влияние на жизнь или, что то же самое, на судьбу человека в целом. Кроме того, поговорка позволяет понять, что всё в жизни взаимосвязано: одно вытекает из другого, а другое из третьего. Волоцкова Резеда Радиковна – преподаватель в пятом покалении, получила высшее образование в Стерлитамакской Государственной Педагогической Академии им З. Биишевой по специальности «Физика и математика» в 2004-2009 гг. В течении 13 лет работала и развивала свои навыки в школах, СПО и в Институте нефтепереработки и нефтехимии ФГБОУ ВО УГНТУ в г. Салавате ассистентом на кафедре ИнТех Республики Башкортостан. Одним из самых больших достижений считает то, что она смогла выйти из зоны комфорта и начала заниматься саморазвитием в области науки. Предпочтение пало на астрономию и физику не случайно. Детскую любознательность и мечту познать космос подкрепило знакомство с профессором, доктором философии (математика), старшим научным сотрудником межуниверситетского Центра астрономии и астрофизики в г. Пуне (Индия) Камалом Канти Нанди и его коллегами. Поддержка профессора стала толчком в развитии в ее карьере. В 2022 году Резеда Радиковна получила диплом магистра с отличием в БГПУ им М.Акмуллы в городе Уфа. Училась увлеченно, принимала участие в конференциях, имеет три зарубежные публикации Scopus с соавторами(On the hoop conjecture in Einstein gravity coupled to nonlinear electrodynamics и Testing generalized spacetimes for black holes using the hod function representation of the hoop conjectureNEW FEATURES OF CIRCULAR GEODESICS IN KALB–RAMOND GRAVITY: AN AUTONOMOUS DYNAMICAL SYSTEM APPROACH) и ряд публикаций, индексируемых в РИНЦ. В аспирантуре планирует продолжить тему выпускной квалификационной работы «Применение гипотезы об обруче к компактным астрофизическим объектам». Во время учебы в БГПУ осознала, что хочет не только построить карьеру, но и привнести новое в области науки. В настоящее время работает в Пущинском филиале ФГБОУ ВО Российского биотехнологического университета в г. Пущино на должности старшего преподавателя. В течение трех лет работы в университете заняла 2 место в международном акселерате VR Concept и прошла во второй тур всероссийского акселерата (топ 1000 идей) «Сильные идеи для нового времени». Помимо этого, стала победителем внутривузовского гранта УГНТУ и «Шаг в будущее». Резеда Радиковна любит свою работу и чувствует, что она дает ей возможность расти и развиваться, однако первый год знакомства с правилами и спецификой работы в ВУЗе притормозил работу над диссертацией. Аспирантура позволит мне углубить и усилить имеющиеся у нее знания в области астрофизики и даст возможность карьерного роста за пределами Башкирии. В целом, Волоцкова Р.Р. считает, что выбранная ею программа аспирантуры является звеном между вторым образованием и будущей карьерой в области астрофизики. Она уверена, что готова продолжить развиваться в редком направлении астрофизики и сделать все от нее зависящее, чтобы стать хорошим студентом и преподавателем высшей школы. Жизнь — это цепь причин и следствий, и, пожалуй любое событие предопределяет судьбу. Rezeda Radikovna Volotskova is a teacher in the fifth grade, graduated from the Sterlitamak State Pedagogical Academy named after Z. Biisheva with a degree in Physics and Mathematics in 2004-2009. For 13 years, she worked and developed her skills in schools, vocational schools and at the Institute of Oil Refining and Petrochemistry of the Federal State Budgetary Educational Institution of Higher Technical Education in Salavat as an assistant at the Department of INTECH of the Republic of Bashkortostan. One of her greatest achievements is that she was able to step out of her comfort zone and began to pursue self-development in the field of science. The preference for astronomy and physics was not accidental. His childhood curiosity and dream of exploring space were reinforced by his acquaintance with Kamal Kanti Nandi, a professor, Doctor of Philosophy (mathematics), senior researcher at the Interuniversity Center for Astronomy and Astrophysics in Pune (India), and his colleagues. The professor's support was the impetus for the development of her career. In 2022, Rezeda Radikovna received a master's degree with honors from the BSPU named after M.Akmulla in Ufa. She studied passionately, participated in conferences, has three foreign Scopus publications with co–authors (On the hoop projection in Einstein gravity coupled to nonlinear electrodynamics and Testing generalized spacetimes for black holes using the hod function representation of the hoop conjecture NEW FEATURES OF CIRCULAR GEODESICS IN KALB-RAMOND GRAVITY: AN AUTONOMOUS DYNAMIC SYSTEM APPROACH) and a number of publications indexed in the RSCI. In graduate school, he plans to continue the topic of his final thesis "Application of the hoop hypothesis to compact astrophysical objects." During her studies at BSPU, she realized that she wanted not only to build a career, but also to introduce new things in the field of science. Currently, he works at the Pushchino branch of the Russian Biotechnology University in Pushchino as a senior lecturer. During her three years at the university, she took 2nd place in the international VR Concept accelerator and made it to the second round of the All-Russian accelerator (top 1000 ideas) "Strong Ideas for Modern Times". In addition, she became the winner of the USSTU intramural grant and "Step into the Future". Rezeda Radikovna loves her job and feels that it gives her the opportunity to grow and develop, but the first year of familiarization with the rules and specifics of work at the university slowed down the work on her dissertation. Postgraduate studies will allow me to deepen and strengthen her existing knowledge in the field of astrophysics and will give me the opportunity for career growth outside of Bashkiria. In general, R.R. Volotskova believes that her chosen postgraduate program is a link between a second education and a future career in the field of astrophysics. She is confident that she is ready to continue developing in the rare field of astrophysics and do everything in her power to become a good student and teacher at a higher school. Life is a chain of causes and effects, and perhaps any event determines fate.
